On 25th september, 2023, i placed an order for a dress on sicsx.myshopify.com and opted for Cash on Delivery. On 4 oct, 2023 a package was delivered to me for which i paid rs999. However, it turned out be a dirty rag and not what i had ordered. Moreover i was not refunded as i was told that once the parcel was opened, i could not get the money back. There was no help provided to us by Ekart also.
