On 24-09-2025, I received a package for ₹700, which I was told contained a product I had ordered. Upon payment and opening, I discovered that the parcel contained a damaged, expired cream—an item I never ordered and cannot use.
This is a clear case of deception and breach of consumer trust. The parcel had no proper invoice, no seller details, and no return address.
