Text of Complaint by Manish gautam:

We have purchased a 7 seater sofa dated :25 august 2019 and reference no. 256

Even after vigorous follow ups we are not getting any support from the staff and it has been more than two months now that we are facing this issue.

 

Firstly, even after being promised that our product will be delivered within 15 days after the order, it was delivered late. Secondly, the product delivered was defective. After requesting a return regarding the defective product delivered, we were given the same product repaired instead of providing us with a new article.

Since, we were not ready to keep the product with us, still we were forced to keep the 5 seater with us by your executive without any documentation or formalities, and the 2 seater was taken back by the movers.

On filing a complaint again, we were promised that your technician will visit us, but no visits have been made till date. We visited the showroom personally regarding the same twice, still nothing was done. Yesterday, i.e. October 21, we were assured by your executive on the call that your technician will visit us today before afternoon (October 22), but he didn’t showed up today as well , neither any message or call regarding the same is received, Simply shows how good they are at fooling customers with their fake promises.

 

We would also like to convey that, we’re no longer interested in any of your inferior quality product or offers regarding the same, as we’ve been fooled and abused by your executives both in person and on calls. We told them in every conversation that we want to be reimbursed after they show there true colors. Now after 60 days they came up with the idea of settlement or cutting 25 percent from our money .

 

Also, please note that, one of your executive named Sapna, communicated with the company on our behalf, without any prior conversation with us, stating that we’re ready for the settlement and to take an offer made by her in an email conversation.

 

Due to untimely delivery, poor services, and customer humiliation from your staff, we’re left with only one consideration; consumer court. We’re not interested in any settlement, we want our money back, and now we’ll move further legally.

 

p.s- we have records of all the conversations(telephony and mails) held between us and your executives. PFA
