I paid 2500/- rs refundable deposit and availed trial pack service of jio gigafiber from 12/01/2021 to 10/02/2021. I cancelled trial pack on 10/02/2021 which is 2 days before the expiry of plan. I was assure by their executive regarding 100% refund, if cancelled plan before expiry of plan. But unfortunately I received 1500/- rs refund on 24/02/2021, I asked to customer care for remaining amount of deposit, but no one answer me properly and still I didn’t got reason for getting partial refund. I request you to resolve the issue.
