I purchased one voltas air cooler on 8 june 2023. Water leackage started from it from the ist day so raised complaint for it.
I tried connecting with differnet persons through customer care. But all these people were very rude and dint now help. Its being around month. Now i am forced to run faulty product which can cause some un happening also.
I told the area sales manager to file complain on the consumer forum then he( Shubhum Sharma) use to say that do what ever you wanted.
Please accept my concern and help me with the issue.
