I ordered a product on 26th Feb 2024. And today’s date when I raise this complaint is 13th Apr 2024. The person who runs this business name is Swathi. She doesn’t have any business ethics and very hard to get response back from her through either Instagram or whatsapp. Before we send money to her she will speak nicely. But once we transferred money then we can not reach her that easily. The only way you can reach her by giving negative feedback to her instagram products. The next moment she would reply back to you and will ask us to wait also she would delete our negative feedback to. I wasted my time and peace of mind after fighting with her many times. At the end I raised consumer complaint on 20th Mar 2024. Now she is asking us to remove that complaint so that she could refund my money back. She is not at all having any business ethics and how to treat the customers. I don’t want anybody else to fall in this trap. I am attaching the whatsapp chat screenshot with this complaint. Kindly take required action against her.

Correction in the heading. She got my money but I didn’t receive the product and she said she won’t return my money also. She blocked me in both Instagram and WhatsApp.
Kindly take action and help me to get my money with the compensation.
