Respected Sir,
I am Arihant Sancheti, resident of Durg Chhattisgarh came across an advertisement on 25th of June2020 of Bose air buds (kind of headphones) while using Facebook, which i immediately ordered and got a confirmation text from 56161940 (screenshot has been shared).
On 29th june 2020, I received my products package, which i opened and got the shock of my life that the product which i ordered and the product i got are totally different from eachother and when i tried to reach the <strong>Bassguru.com</strong> sites handler whose email id is <strong>kksingh55566@gmail.com</strong>
I asked for help more than 3 times but he wasn’t replying.
So finally i decided to file a complaint against <strong>Bassguru.com</strong>.
Hope, i get my product or a refund as soon as possible.

I had bought combo of wireless Sony earphone & JBL Bluetooth speaker worth Rs. 1889/- Order #52008. But when i received the product it was nonbranded head phone.
So I mailed on the email id kksingh55566@gmail.com from where i get first mail for my order confirmation. But now after 4 days yet i haven’t get any reply.
Even there is no any Contact No. or Customer Care details where i can file my complaint or give my feedback.
More over I tried calling on this no. 01146006306; 07015814201; 7056588167 but it’s switched off.
