I ordered a pack of ice silk underpants of pack of 5 and I received my order on 21/08/2023 ( monday ) but due to busy schedule i opened it on 24/08/2023 and I found a bottle of shampoo in the package and now when I am trying to report it in the app of (shopze) . The site said that it is unavailable now and I couldn’t even report for exchange on app . Help
