i Rajesh Kumarbrought Bluetooth headphone from e lightning store with an amount 1599 by cash on delivery.the company that delivered the product was e-kart. I brought this with scheme 1+1 . the product that I received is not Bluetooth headphone but wired. And it is single piece not a pair as it given in scheme. I called the e lightning customer care but it seems fraudulent as he want my account details for refund of money through phonepay.he even want my phonepay pin for sending amount back. As i want any alternate method he refused to refund amount and said keep the wrong product I received. Help me in refund of money .and plz take appropriate action against that company
