I have ordered from my Shopify.com, a 6 pieces of inners for Rs.899/- (COD) and it received on October 4 2022. But it was used and dirty items and i contacted them to repay the amount and to return the product. Then they send me a ‘customer support apk’ file, and asked me to fill the order number, which I told them to do from there itself, as i don’t want to download any of those files, as I have no sure about the file. Then i messaged them asking for the money and not yet received any reply from them. They have cheated me buy sending dirty items and i didn’t get my cash back.
