I got a damaged product by Myntra and they refused to believe me saying that they had sent the product in the proper condition .My first question to Myntra is why will you send damaged product obviously you will send a product in a good condition .Mostly it got damaged by the courier person because when I told him to take it back he refused to take it .I clicked the picture and spoke to the customer care executive who assured me that my problem will be resolved .I did all these things in 20 mins time after I received the product so if they keep the record they should know that it was delivered to me in a damaged state as I can’t spoil it the way it was delivered to me.Now after multiple complaints they are saying that they cannot exchange it and refund can not be issued.I am so disgusted that out of all the trusted sites it’s Myntra and I had a very bad experience while dealing with it’s customer care executives.They are just clueless and give you repeated answers like robots.
