This is to bring your kind notice of the issue I am facing now because of a product which I purchased from Amazon Website. On 04.05.2021 I ordered one Fit kart 20 in 1 Bench (  gym  equipment) order id # 405-2215540-0465157.Due to covid restrictions it had been delivered on June 8. When the package was opened there was no spanner and user manual which was supposed to be provided with the product .i brought  a spanner from nearby shop and assembled the product .  at this time I found  that the  the product has deformed. I cannot insert the pulley in proper position . also the screw holes where not in correct alignment. So I called amazon customer service they told to contact the seller .and I  contacted the seller and he  made a video call and confirmed the problem .I asked for  replacement but they told replacement is not possible only option is return the product .Since I had spend more than 6000 to buy    other accessories( dumbbell ,rods  ,etc) which I needed to use this product .return was not possible for me so I  again contacted  your  customer service  they told only return was possible . First your  staff said that  the courier agent will come and pick the product from my home.  Even after two weeks no one came to pick up the product .again contacted  customer service .this time they where telling that   no one will come to pick the product .and I have to courier  the item . Since this is a big item and I am staying in 2nd floor of the  building and I don’t know how to pack this item  its very difficult for me to  courier  it .I called your customer service again they told me to contact the seller .I tried to contact the seller he refused to pick my call and later on blocked my number .again I called Amazon customer service requesting to arrange a courier service then they had given a list of courier companies number .I called three courier companies but no one have doorstep pickup.Atlast dtdc has agreed to send the courier and they are charging 100 r.s  per kg which will be atmost 6500 which i dont have now. So i borrowed from my friend but now dtdc agent is telling i have to wait since they dont have staff to package the item Also what happens if the courier doesn’t reach the seller, then I have to fight with the courier company .  .today I called your  customer service again ,your  staff was mocking at me. Sorry to say it is so bad to treat your customer in this way. After Seeing the reviews  in amazon app  we purchase the product  and I now I feeling  like I am  cheated by amazon. For this single product  I have loss of more than 6000 Now I am not even sure about the refund  also . I purchased the product using credit card they have already taken two month emi  INTEREST .Being a customer of Amazon  for the past eight years I didn’t expect this type of treatment from your side. So I request to refund my amount as soon as possible and  arrange a courier from your side to send the item I purchased.
