I have placed order for Seagate Hard Drive on 06th Dec, 2023, the same i have received delivery on 08th Dec, 2023. but while opening the parcel it got connector pin damaged as well as its missing the data cable in the box, immediately same time i have called customer service to return the same but its got registered after several follow-ups only, the same they scheduled & picked on 16th Dec, 2023.
after all these i have taken much follow-ups for refund my money, they are just informing you will get your money within 7 working days. after almost 1 month they simply told that the product which they are shipped me we dont have got the product return so you cannot get your money refund. Even I have told them i will complaint with consumer forum also they dont have refunded my money.
so requesting you please take severe action on this company because day by day they are making much fraud with all Indians.
