Me along with 12 of my friends and family had booked for Nepal tour package through Bunk Tribe Holidays Pvt Ltd on 24th April 2022 paying Rs. 49000 per head.
The tour was scheduled from 1st June to 7th June 2022. But it was cancelled at the last moment citing bad weather as reason and we were assured of refund of our money by 14th June. But the refund date was kept on postponing giving some lame excuses. Further the organizers said their Bank account is been frozen and are unable to refund for next 7-8 days. We suspected foul play and had raised complaint in public grievance portal https://pgportal.gov on 29th June 2022. But we dint get any justice as travel agency responded to the portal giving the same reason of frozen account and assured refund within 15days. Hence the case was closed in that portal. But till today we haven’t got our refund. Devastated and feeling helpless, I am lodging a complaint in this portal.
I hereby request you to please look into this matter and get our refund asap.
