I have kept an order for product valued INR 499/- on 07 July 2020 and paid in full, where I have not received the product till date and didn’t hear any response from the concerned person of the website or vendor, They provided a number in the product details, where it is not working and provided an email id. where they are not responding to any of the emails.
Kindly do the needful by delivering the product booked or refunding the amount and by taking an action against such fake vendors ASAP.
