On August 11, 2022 i got an advertisement of clothes over my Instagram i ordered the a combo of 799rs it delivered on 20 August the product is damaged bad quality and the product i ordered is different from one i have dilevered when i tried for returning the product i am not able to contact them

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
