I ordered customised cake boards from simar cake topper on 28th nov 24. Which was to be delivered on or before 31st dec 24. The vendor charges 3000 for material including delivery. After several follow up by call and whatsapp the vendor delivered faulty cake board in feb 25 and charged 1200 extra for delivery and is not ready to replace or refund amount
