hey friends i have ordered a Skullcandy Indy Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) True Wireless Earbuds for 9499rs from https://www.skullcandy.in/ and the product which i got is defetive so i comlained to brandeyes through mails and calls many times for atleast a month for replacement then after a month i got a mail(customercare@brandeyes.in) as responce in that they told to send me that to there delhi office(201, 2nd Floor, Chandra Bhawan, 67-68, Nehru Place, Delhi-110019) with my own courier charges i spent about 400rs and sent it to them and they dont respondend to me for a one and half month or somthing then one day i continuselly called to his customer care number(01142700400) and they told as my package is missing and they dont received it till now and by gods grace my Wireless Earbuds is having a tile tracking option so that i used it to find where it gone then in that it is clearly meansoned that it is in there office address itself then i sent that screenshots and told to find my parcel at first they tried to excape after showing that live tracking details also but later i daily contacted them trough mails and calls and they accepted it is with them iteself and agreed for a replacement in next 15 days i thanked god after hearing it and after about one month or somthing one day i received a parcel from them and after opening it i got shocked with what conduction replacement they sent to me.i received a totally muddy and some used earpods with full of scrateches and there is no proper replacement buds also for it and right side ear piece is a damaged one which is not even having a dust protecter also and the left ome is with small size bud and right side one is with a large size bud and in total it is not in a working condition,then after receiving it i immedietlly coplained the same to them and after many struggles i got connected to them through a call and they saying it as a new and sealed parcel even after isent all the pics of that parcel and product i received but after a great conversation they accepeted to replace it with a new one so that i again sent it through dtdc courier by spending 400rs again then now what they saying is they again checked it and i sent it again to them without proper approvel from the so they wont return it again i dont know what they saying at first by the by our hero name is PUNEET ARORA dont know as what he is working there and he started to say that its a new one what they sent and i sent it back for an another replacement and its not to give a second replacement so they can send me back that same defective product to my address back i requested a lot to send me a good condition one as replacement but is not even listening to what i am saying aslo simply saying as just keep whatever we sent to you we cant do much more than that then i straightly asked for a refund or a replacement with a new one then he just cutted my call and later not attending to any of my calls again,so what can i so now.after this problem i came to see if there is any others who faced problem from this company then i saw a lot of same problem facing by many people from many years in the name and brand skullcandy everyone is buying this and this people named brandeyes is cheating people the brand value and repetation of such a company like skullcandy.hope i do get my product or not i want others to get aware of this cheaters in market in invest there money in a right product.thank you all.
