Dear sir
My name is amit
I am a serving soldier of the indian airforce and i travel a lot from one place to another for recording all the moments i ordered a Go pro black Hero9 action camera from amazon on 22 may 21 which seller name is ASAKA SALES 25 haridwar society kothariya solvent fatak gondal road RAJKOT GUJRAT 360022
I further add that the cost of the item was 30990/- which i paid via HDFC credit card
On 26 Jun 2021 i got a delivery from amazon a box i recived and when i am taking it to my room it sounds some supspicious noise like glass inside so while i unboxing it i record it with my mobile
I was right its not the item i ordered i got 3 glass pot in the box the video is with me
For 30990/- i got three 5/- glass pot its really disgusting sir
Sir i add return request in amazon the delivery boy come on 27 may and request to contact with custmer care due to a high value item i contact to the custmer care and they told they will initiate a investigation and on 2 jun they resolve it
On 02 Jun 21 (today) i call again for my status they again told for 5 days
Sir i am a middle class man with a hand to mouth salary and i ordered it through my credit card which will be due soon
I got harassed by the seller and amazon customer care
Further i want to add that
The normal market price of the item in other sites including amazon is around 38000-45000/-
And the askes seller listed it for 30990 which much low
What i concluded that the antisocial seller falsely listed the price to attract innocents customer like me and then cheat us badly
I request you to take action against the amazon for listing such seller with them and do the needfull bcos i am charged a intrest for an item which i doesn’t receive it hampers my personal,financial,mental status
