Received a message dated 23rd Feb 2021 from VZ-Vicms that you have charged rs 20 from your mail balance for accessing fun portal
I have never used such portal at all and this is a clear fraud by the company (Idea Vodaphone) with its customers
I want my money back and action against such a fraud company who takes advantage of innocent customers
