Hi,
I canceled the postpaid service on my SIM 9791928864 after I lost my mobile on Nov 1, 2020. I applied for the new SIM with the same number and the processing is going on and I cleared all the outstanding balances before doing the same. Yet, I got the billing statement for the month of November, and it’s due on December 12, 2020. How I will get billed for the service which is not in use?
