I was purchased titan watch from amazon on 26 may 2019 of model NK2480SM02 whose seller was cloudtail india pvt ltd but i got another local brand watch. I make unboxing video of product and also have pic. The box of watch was of titan but have a prodect of forever
When i complained to amazon at that time they deny to do anything while i have sended unboxing video of that product.
i am very disapointed with these type of service from titan amazon as well as titan
