Text of Complaint by Muhammed anas:

I am travelling from calicut to trivandrum via blue bird travels i got a seat seat no 38 in which pish back is not working i complined about it to redbus then the bus operaters said me they will change my seat after that they changed me to a seat near the drivers door a seat with no legs space i feel pain on knees sitting thier i think its operaters seat i cant sit thier and i complined operaters about it and they refused to hear my complints and tell me that as i booked tickets through red bus red bus is responsible to hear my problems they dont have any responsibilities i lost my sleep today i want to go to my college tommorrow morning till 3 am i dont get a good seat as i paid 1000 rs i have right to travel comfortably as other travelers do . Either give me a good seat or refund my money back worst experience ever . I have been studing for about 5 years in trivandrum and travelled a lot of time through bus but never feel an experience like this. I choose pushback ac bus to sleep comfortably as i want to go college tommorrow but i cant even sit here i feel pain on my knees
