Today, I received a product that has already expired, and I had ordered it for my child. The Bournvita I expected was supposed to be in powdered form, but what I received was frozen solid, resembling a stone. When I checked the expiry date, it had already passed. I’m quite disappointed by the negligence in handling this order.
