Hey there..I have ordered Xiaomi 11t pro phone from Amazon. It took more than 20days to deliver as usually it only takes 2 to 5 days max. On 4th of May I had ordered n I got the product on 24th of May But when I opened that box it was empty with manuals only. Also I asked the delivery person while taking that product that why it’s so light weighted he said I don’t know please take ur product. After seeing an empty box, quickly I jss called customer service abt the samez they told me our concerned team will call u when they will investigate ur issue and after that u call us on 30th of May so that we’ll provide u the resolution. But sir till date they haven’t call me even once n when I called them today they said we r done with investigation but I didn’t get any notification regarding that or call..now they r refusing to refund or replacement of product. I have paid rs 36,000 for my phone but they did fraud. Kindly help me out with this please
