got an EMAIL on 15 july, which had an agreement link, as soon as it opened, msg popped up that you are successfully registered, another email came on the second day which had a username and password, After that today, 28july got a call from 06359617980 number, the man was calling himself advocate associate and was saying that the payment of AR ENTERPRISES company is unpaid, then I started getting msg to file the case from BR-SMSHLP. plz help me sir.

Text of Complaint by Chandra Shekhar Halder:

INDIAN CONTRACT ACT -1872

SECTION 73 – Imposes a duty on the party seeking damage to mitigate its loss,

SECTION 74 –Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken.

SECTION 75 – Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfilment of the court.

      Per section clearance Charges is

SECTION -73       =   Rs 5,890/-
SECTION -74       =   Rs   5,890/-
SECTION -75       =   Rs   5,890/-

  SECTION  – 420 = 4950/-

                  TOTAL = 22,620/-

IPC  SECTION

SECTION-499= Rs 6,950/-

GRAND TOTAL  =  Rs 29,570/-

NOTE:  Which section is imposed on you, if you pay this amount then all sections will be clear from your file. If you are not going to clear this all section then you have to present Delhi court.
