To Grievance officer,
I have ordered for a product Goree Cream on 5th of Aug,but knowingly they have delivered me different product with half used.
Order policy says there is no return policy is there.But now my question is what should I do with this this half used product with tiny hair left in cream of different person who have used that?
I want a resolution,if not I will take it to the next level with help of digital media.
I’m not requesting you to return it but replace me with the correct product which I have ordered without used.
Hoping for the response soon.
