I Receive a defective/dublicate mobile phone. Screen not working properly like scroll up and down both are not working many times ( I HAVE VIDEO OF THAT PROBLEM) and AndroidOne is writing on pack panel its erase halfly. i request to flipkart replace this mobile to the another one. today ( 23 october at 2:26pm ) i receive a call from flipkart the customer care excutive say to me we had to done the troubleshoot! its ok but i request on 21 october to replace this mobile. AT THAT TIME FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE WAS SLEEPING?? HE/SHE DON’T REMEMBER TROUBLESHOOTING THAT TIME. Today is the 23 october ( last day of my problem solving) FLIPKART PROMISE ME WAIT FOR 48HRS ITS OVER. I have MESSAGE FROM FLIPKART IN THE WRITING AND i HAVE ALSO A AUDIO RECORDING. REPLACE THE MOBILE TODAY OTHERWISE I’LL FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST FLIPKART IN CONSUMER COURT WITH ALL THE PROOFS LIKE SCREENSHOT, AUDIO RECORDING, MESSAGE FROM FLIPKART ETC..
