I am writing to file a formal complaint against MALINNIFAB regarding an erroneous shipment. I have ordered Sky Blue Green Mulmul Cotton dress, I received a completely different dress upon delivery. MALINNIFAB’s failure to fulfill my order accurately constitutes false advertising and poor service. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue with their customer service, I have received no satisfactory resolution. I am seeking your intervention to ensure proper compensation for the inconvenience caused.
