I have purchased a mobile phone they delivered wring product. For refund i emailed and call them. But they were trying access my bank account through asking my UPI. It was a fraud from their side. But I followed careful measures. In between they also called and used bad words for not providing the bank account details. Apart from that after logging a complaint in consumer court they called me and tried to harassed me regarding my money.
