I have done 5 rooms booking on17-June-2024 for the Hotel Bollywood Ashish Puri from 22-june-2024 to 24-Jun-2024. The hotel called me asked me to pay half of the amount (Rs 8393.00) in advance to confirm the booking. After 2 days of booking they called me and said that they can’t provide me rooms on this rate and asked to pay Rs 500/room to get the rooms . I told them I have paid advance after confirmation from you so i am not going to any extra rooms. They told me to cancel the booking so i cancelled the booking. Then they asked me to provide my QR code to process the refund. Then next day i called them that i have not recieved the refund so please send me refund,they sais they will refund it within 7 days.after 7 days i called again and asked for refund they immediately disconnected the call. I tried multiple time but still they stopped picking my phone calls.
