Hi All,
I had purchased a new go pro hero 7 camera in February ’22, and start to make video but there was heating issue in the camera while shoot the video. I discussed with go pro support and they guys told me to update the software or reset the all camera functionality I did the same but issue was same not resolved yet.
After that I went distributer where I purchased the camera they guys also told me the same or connect with any support team which is in Delhi location. I discussed with him same issue over the email after the whole discussion they guys saying me to change the camera from this version to next because it is now discontinues from India, I am unable to understand if camera or any product is sell purchase is discounted then why shop distributor still sale in on shop and why customers make fool.
The camera cost is 28K when I purchased it and they guys saying now Add 16K more & purchased new version of the camera. How can I believe that after purchased that camera the same will not happen on that.
Kindly help me here, what should I do now ???
