This is my take on the recent unauthorised transaction from Proxima beta. So i had the same problem today on may 12th my account was deducted 1949 inr twice. I went on some researching i found out that this Proxima beta company is owned by Tencent group which owns PUBG and more games. I asked my son about it and he told me he accidentally clicked the Pubg UC buy button (its where we Can buy Pubg’s virtual money, it comes in 6 different payments. There’s a 79 inr, 420 inr, 799 inr, 1949 inr, 3999 inr and 7900 inr packs)
my take on this is ask your son or anyone who might have bought something in pubg or other tencent games before. He may have misclicked it. Although my Son only clicked once. He told me something popped up with a timer and when he clicked it, and it made an another purchase. So maybe Tencent group is doing some sort of frauds as first of all it was an automatic payment which it wasn’t authorised to when i made a purchase for my son the first time few months ago.
