I, Aayushi Maheshwari, a debit card holder (HDFC Bank), received a series of messages from the bank on 16th April, 2020 regarding debit in the name of Google *Proxima Beta. The amounts were in the series of 7900, 799, 79, and a total of 12000 approx has been debited. I fail to understand how did this unauthorized debit take place. I would like a reply on this and I want the refund. I immediately blocked my card. I have not authorised any app to make any auto-debit in my account.
