Google proxima beta fraud transactions in my credit card in 29/84/2020 just 2 minutes 7 transactions completed totel 17000/-rupice hacked

My account has been debited with multiple transactions on 13 april 2020 in evening .the transactions were of INR 799 ,INR 79 and INR 1.A total off 3000 approx
deducted from my account.
These transactions did not asked for any otp.I have lodged a FIR against GOOGLE *PROXIMA BETA and I also blocked my card.
As I have seen multiple users are facing this fraud transactions issue
Only google is responsible for this breach.
