I added ₹4000 to my Google play account to purchase in app features of the app. But when I went for payment the app is not allowing to use Google play balance which earlier used to be the way to buying in app features.
When I asked Google play to refund my money back into my bank account they said it is non refundable and can be used to buy Google product services. They are indirectly forcing me to buy Google product services with that not which I don’t want to.
