Google Play Store customer support will not help users after users file complaints regarding issue with mobile apps and 3rd Party app developers. The support department will not investigate a complaint unless they breach users and the 3rd Party app developers privacy by demanding to see screenshots of emails from users to 3rd Party app developers.
