I purchased 2 google play recharge codes from amazon pay and Woohoo.in and I can’t redeem both my codes. It shows error like they need more info. I filled up their form giving the detail they asked for. Later I got some mail that said my request rejected become some information mismatched with their data on system. And there’s absolutely no way tocontct someone at the customer support,I tried their mails, chatbots. Just no help!!!
I attach all the valid documentation regarding the purchase in a pdf format – the invoice mails, response from google team. I’m masking the code for safety concerns.

I would better like to get a total refund than fixing the recharge codes if possible because this has caused me too much inconvenience and humiliation as I purchased this as a gift for someone.
