there was 15005 balance in my child’s account and google told me to transfer it to my parent account manually because there automation failed. and once i signed that manual transfer the payment profile{ account has closed} . The balance dint transfer to my parent account and there is no balance on my child’ s account i have been contacting google for 11 days and there is no response.
