I made a transaction on 9th Feb 2021 on Gpay for the amount of Rs.2408 and the transaction failed but the money was deducted from account. So called the Gpay team and they asked me to wait for few days and after few days they asked me for the transaction reference no on the bank statement and they said that the ref no is not matching with the Gpay. I only use Gpay so it doesnot make sense for me if the Ref no is not matching and its not that I am creating these Ref number manually.
Please help..
