I had ordered From Myntra goods worth rupees 1438 and made payment online through gpay on 17 june, 2022. But myntra refuses to comply order as they did not receive payment thought Bank State Bank of India, state that they had made the payment to GooglePay for onward payment to myntra but Google pay says that they have made the payment to myntra after receiving from SBI , Chandigarh.
Sir, bone of contention is the payment not received by Myntra nor has been refunded to me. Resulting non complying of my order though it has been deducted from my SBI bank account.
Sir, direct the concerned to refund my money. Here it too would not be out of place to mention that such incidents do occurred last year too with me vide which i had to suffer loss of rs 600 in the same process of payment through gpay to local retailers.
