Transaction Failed/Cancelled money not refunded
Grievance Details
Sold digital gold from the gold locker from this app transaction date 14 july Gold debited but amount not credited Contacted support
Told to wait 3 day
After 3 days told to wait 7 days
After 7 days told to wait 21 day
Then told add alternate bank accout and make it the primary account Sbi was my primary account
Opened and added paytm pyment bank account and made it primary account Did that too
Again told to wait 7 days
There customer care has only one answer on repeat That”we have escalated your matter to specialist team, please have patience” There senior management doesn’t come to the phone.
There are just not providing any details of timeline for refund No answer for Where is that digital gold And who has the money And who will refund it? No accountability
No responsibility. Just pathetic service Please look into the matter I am attaching google pay transaction screenshots Sbi account statement from 14 july till date Paytm bank acc statement from 14 july
