Text of Complaint by Kalim:

Hi, I am Kalim. I transferred money using Google Pay on 23rd Nov 2020. I did transaction of Rs 20000 two times.  Both the time it was showing successful in my Google pay app and also successful in my friend app also. When we checked the bank statement it is showing not received. Google is not responding with proper answer. It’s almost 39 days and I am not able to trace where is my money.  I am struggling like anything.
