My Google page was suspended on December 13th 2020 for an Asia verification they asked me to send in information like a copy of my driver license social security car a piece of mail with my address on it and that my account will be available to me within three to four business days after verification is over well it wasn’t .they prolonged. during that time in December I go into the app go to The help center it takes me to Google India help center instead of the American version and it didn’t hit me that I was talking to India employees until I got up email stating that they’re from India and they can no longer help me because it’s different servers . I got hung up in my face after a few of them try to help me they got my information and hung up on my face made me feel like that my information with being sent to India after date frustratedly hung up my face after just asking for a supervisor a manager and and this been going on since the whole DECEMBER all the way up until January 2nd 2021 where I got a letter through the email saying that it was an error on their end and they did not mean to send a age verification form to my account but yet my account is still suspended after they stated as well in that same email that any issue that I was going through with Google payment method it was fixed and handled how so if I’m still suspended so within the next hour of that same day I’m getting ready to take you I got nothing email stating that they got a complaint from cfbp complaint center and that they gave me a form to get my fund transferred to my preferred bank account within the next 10 business days well on the 10th day instead of me expecting by money that I’ve been waiting on since December 13th they did an illegal reversal without my consent basically still haven’t gave me my money they say that the sender requested it from their Bank. How So when I’m sender sending money to my work Google pay account at one time I asked my bank for a reversal knowing that my account was in overdraft. I made a call to my bank to see if they got a reversal payment that came in they said no after going over the transactions with me so if it’s not there where is it why couldn’t they just follow the form that they gave me on the 2nd of January?
