Hi,
My name is Gurpreet. On 28/05/2021, I transferred Rs. 51,204 using Google Pay. The amount was deducted straightaway, however until today 11/08/2021 (MORE THAN 2 MONTHS) it has not been credited to the receiver’s A/c. I have contacted Google Pay many times, but no success. Initially, they stated that they do not have the amount and asked me to check with the receiver’s bank, but when I told them that receiver’s bank has not received any funds, Google Pay started saying that within 7 working days they will resolve the dispute.
I belong to mid section society where this amount is a huge amount and this transaction has given me nothing but mental trauma and harassment. I request you to kindly help me in this matter.
