One of my customer make 9000rs payment which generated utr no but amount not credited to our bank account. Filed a complaint but google pay business is unable to resolve the issue and it’s been 15 days. As a merchant my customer keep calling to refund the amount which didn’t even credited our account. Customer care is unable to solve the issue
