recharged my Tata Sky account with Google pay. Payment deducted from my account Google pay 1hour ago. I have screen shot also. But not received by tata sky yet. What to do

Payment deducted on Google pay app but not received by tatasky.

Amount got debited from my bank account and Gpay but no credited to Tatasky as per their executive. I have bank statement and payment history which shows the amount is successfully transferred to Tatasky Merchant but Tatasky executive are constantly denying their fault and are closing my complaint without even resolving it. I’ve been a long time user of Tatasky didn’t expected this from Tatasky, very very disappointed. I think i’ll discontinue Tatasky. I got my lesson.
