Transaction ID and Authorization Code confirms Google Pay requested and received funds from my mobile account related to a Google Pay charge.
Said charge appears on my bill to include tax, etc. It’s been over 30 days. Vendor has been contacted and continues to state Google Pay is holding my refund.
Google Pay is denying the charge was made.
