I’ve had this gift card loaded with $500 since November 2020. It was a service award in the form of a debit card from my employer. I checked the balance in early October and still had the full balance on it. Checked it again on Nov 22, 2021 and had a balance of only $0.24 on the card. Went to the credit union that issued the debit card to find out why. They stated that all of the transactions were from $0.99 to $2.99 and were all done on October 23, 2021. The transactions were also to only GOOGLE *GARENA GOOGLE *GARENA Mountain View CA. I have no clue who or what this merchant is. I checked online and found that it was a hacker that has taken advantage of a lot of other people as well as me.

I really could some help. I have been getting charged from googlegarena, in mountain view, ca, usa for 4.99. just last month i got charged 23 times @ 4.99 that adds up!!!! I called the com. it gave me a comp. called lightpath. the said it has some thing to do with cable. that don’t even know what cable i use. I know it’s a scam but now what do i do to stop these charges who do i call to try & get my money back i am going out of my mind trying to figure this out . can someone out there help me. thank you all for listening.
