On Sept 27, 2021, there are 28 unauthorized charges from GOOGLE GARENA in the amount of $0.99. I checked my account today, Sept 28, 2021, and found GOOGLE GARENA is continuing to charge my account. I removed the remainder of the money from my account and stopped my direct deposit! I filed a claim with Google Pay and they stated it will take 7 days just to “investigate” not to give me a refund! This is unacceptable! By that time, the total amount of unauthorized charges would have been much larger if I didn’t stop my direct deposit. This is an urgent matter and Google Pay should be addressing it NOW not later! This is ridiculous!
